Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over 50 EGP qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee, you can choose expedited shipping which delivers your order within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently ship to most standard addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Lily Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. In the case of a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
